Is privacy protection important to you?If so, you may be happy to know that there are many privacy protection organizations that devote themselves entirely to the issue of privacy. These groups vary in their area of specialization. Some are concerned with maintaining a citizen's privacy within our government. Some are more focused on consumer privacy while still others are taking up the challenge of privacy in the cyberworld. Whatever their agenda, I'm grateful they exist. They are a major source for obtaining information on cutting edge privacy issues as well as a primary vehicle often keeping the population informed of the latest laws (or lack of) concerning our individual and societal privacy.
