Take a break from the serious issue of identity theft and spend a moment casting your vote on ITPME's Poll Page!

These identity theft related polls are just for fun. Although the results are retained in order to display them to you, I do not permanently store them or permanently link them to you or your computer. Really, it's just for fun. New polls get added all the time, so check back often to cast your vote!

Just a quick side note: at various times, you may notice that there aren't a whole lot of other respondent's votes for a particular poll, that's because as I mentioned above, I clear out and reset the data. But you might find it interesting to know that overall, people of all ages and both genders are concerned about their personal information being stolen, or sold. In general, they also are very concerned about their privacy and are also a bit wary of a company's ability to safeguard their data. Companies are defined as private, public and government entities that are both for-profit and not-for-profit.
